What is Terps After Dark?
Terps After Dark is a collection of late-night, alcohol-free events meant to keep 1st-year students, and students new to the university, engaged on-campus during the first six weeks of school.
 
When and how often do Terps After Dark events take place?
Late night programming until 2am every Thursday-Saturday for the first six weeks of school.  This year, Terps After Dark kicks off on Thursday, August 26nd and concludes on Saturday, October 3rd.
 
Who can participate in Terps After Dark?
Everyone!  We welcome all new and returning University of Maryland, College Park students (undergraduate and graduate).
 
What kinds of events can Terps expect?
All kinds! Movies, athletic events, music and dance activities, comedy and artist performances, and much more!  Plus, many of the events will offer free food and other fun giveaways that you won’t want to miss.
 
Who coordinates these events?
Terps After Dark is lucky to have support from a number of great partners, including: Adele H. Stamp Student Union, Alumni Association, Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, Dining Services, Division of Student Affairs, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Intercollegiate Athletics, Maryland Hillel, Parent & Family Affairs, Public Safety, Residence Hall Association, Resident Life, Student Entertainment Events, Terp Thon, Catholic Student Center, University Health Center, and University Recreation & Wellness.
